Excel-Coat #1 (Base Coating) is a water-based single component acrylic polymer. The Excel-Coat #1 is laminated to the non-woven fiberglass mat to provide a seamless membrane having superior strength and durability. It is an integral part of the waterproof deck coating systems, Excel-Coat Pedestrian Traffic Membrane and the Excel-Coat Fire System.

Excel-Coat Fire System

Excel-Coat is specifically designed to provide a waterproof wearing surface for exterior and interior pedestrian traffic areas, such as walking decks, balconies, patios, stairways and pool areas. Concrete is a suitable substrate that provides excellent adhesion. Excel-Coat provides durable protection with ultraviolet light stability and allows easy maintenance of the membrane. Excel-Coat Fire System

The Excel-Coat Fire System is specifically designed to provide a waterproof wearing surface for exterior and interior pedestrian traffic areas where waterproofing and a "Class A", one hour fire rating are essential. It is ideal for walking decks, balconies and stairways. The Excel-Coat Fire System provides durable protection with ultraviolet light stability and allows for easy maintenance.
