Special Order Policy

Sunshine Supply offers a wide variety of products to help meet the unique and important needs of our customers. Unfortunately, we may not always have what you are looking for. If this is the case, we are more than happy to help source and acquire these product(s) to get the job done right.

Special order items are sometimes accompanied by special requirements. These requirements may include, but not limited to: increased shipping costs, extended lead times, price adjustments and/or purchasing requirements, product usage/shipping restrictions, and return exemptions. We do everything possible to reduce these extra requirements and costs to help ensure a smooth and easy order process for our customers.

Special order items are subject to our return policy which can be found here: Returns & Exchanges. Some items may be subject to a deposit less than or equal to the total cost of the items you wish to purchase.
