PURINJECT 1C CATALYST is a catalyst that works with the ADCOS PURINJECT products (1C Stop, 1C Duo, 1C Flex, and 1C Flex 55).
Mixing & Adjusting Reaction Time Shake each component separately. Mix PURINJECT Resin with 10% PURINJECT 1C CATALYST for 2-3 minutes. Perform reaction test to ensure proper expansion and reaction time. If a faster reaction time is desired, start with the addition of 0.156% (1 Oz.) or PURINJECT 1C "Hot Sauce" FAST CATALYST, for any of the four products list above, and mix for 2-3 minutes. Perform reaction test to ensure proper expansion and reaction time. Repeat the process until desired reaction time is achieved or maximum allowable ounces are reached. Once complete, clean equipment and flush lines with PURINJECT RINSE. |
