Skudo Cure is a penetrating curing agent that chemically hardens and dust-proofs concrete for improved abrasion resistance without forming a coating on the surface. Skudo Cure is recommended on newly placed concrete to retain moisture in the slab for improved curing characteristics while increasing the initial water and stain repellency of the surface. It can be used with integrally colored concrete. Skudo Cure was designed for use on decorative concrete; it requires no UV light for dissipation and will not stop the penetration of densifiers or dyes into the surface. The penetrating nature of the Skudo Cure means that the aggressive abrasives or strippers that are required for some traditional topical curing products are no longer required – saving time when prepping the surface.
