Aquafin's InjectProECO-SEAL is a water activated, flexible, hydrophilic polyurethane injection grout with high tensile and bonding strengths. InjectProECO-SEAL is designed for sealing leaking cracks or joints in below grade concrete structures with continuous moisture exposure. InjectProECO grouts are formulated with the newest phthalate free technology to be environmentally friendly and contain zero VOCs.

Application Information

InjectProECO-SEAL can be pumped as a single component product, or as a dual component system with water. During injection, the grout will follow the path of least resistance. When the material has stopped penetrating it will continue to expand against the confines of the crack/joint and compress within itself, forming a very dense, closed cell material stopping the leak.

Cure Rate

When mixed with water at a 1:1 ratio the typical initial reaction time is 20 seconds, with final reaction at approx. 3 minutes.
