Arizona Polymer StatRez 150 Conductive Primer 3 Gallon Unit

APF STAT-REZ 150 Conductive Primer is a 2-component, water-based epoxy conductive coating, designed to provide an effective ground plane for APF STAT-REZ electrostatic conductive flooring systems. The complete APF STAT-REZ system is designed to provide static control properties for personnel when used in conjunction with ESD compliant footwear, ESD compliant wheeled equipment, and chairs, which limits the ability of personnel to build up electrostatic charges on their person by providing effective equipotential grounding.

APF STAT-REZ 150 is formulated to work in conjunction with APF STAT-REZ 225, STAT-REZ 350 & STAT-REZ 925 to conform to ANSI S20.20 – 2014 Product Qualification and Performance Verification requirements when used with ESD compliant footwear. Meets various DOD, MIL, NFPA and other standards

• Supplied in complete A+B 1.5 gallon (5.7 L) or 3.0 gallon (11.4 L) total volume mixed units. Use only as complete mixed unit, do not break down into partial mixes.

Limitations

• Prior to application, measure and confirm that ambient temperature and humidity conditions are at least 5ºF over dew point.
• Do not use with APF Stat-Rez NANO 375.
• High humidity/low temperature will prolong cure time
• Not for use as a stand-alone product, must be top coated
• Use of kerosene or propane forced air heating equipment during application may cause discoloration and finish defects.
