Liquid Polyurethane Base Coat SCAQMD Compliant.

GacoFlex UB64C liquid polyurethane is a hydrolytically stable, fire retarded, two-component elastomer. It is for use as a base coat on roofs, mechanical room floors, walking decks and traffic decks where polyurethane coating systems require fire retardance, toughness, fast cure, and good solvent resistance. Suitable substrates include plywood, polyurethane foam, properly primed concrete and metal.

Recommended Use

Use as a base coat on roofs, mechanical room floors, walking decks and traffic decks where polyurethane coating systems require fire retardance, toughness, fast cure and good solvent resistance. Suitable substrates include plywood, polyurethane foam, properly primed concrete and metal. GacoFlex UB-6421 black is suitable for exterior exposure and may be used as a top coat. GacoFlex UB-6407 gray must be top coated when exposed to the weather. GacoFlex UB-64 must be top coated within 72 hours in order to achieve good top coat adhesion.
