Future Flash Sealant is a high performance, UV stable, paintable, low-to-medium modulus, one-component, gun grade hybrid polyurethane sealant. The sealant cures to a flexible rubber when exposed to atmospheric moisture.

Future Flash Sealant is specially designed for use as a sealant in the installation of windows and doors. It can also be used in variety of construction joints and seams.

It is designed exclusively for use with the MFM Future Flash Window Waterproofing system and associated applications.
