Surtec CL-631 Gloss Sealer VOC per 1 Gallon Unit

CL-631 is a low-VOC solvent-borne acrylic lacquer, designed to permanently seal concrete and masonry surfaces. Treatment with CL-631 provides a non-yellowing high gloss finish which will protect the surface from water, dust, stains, and dirt. CL-631 may be used on new and old indoor and outdoor surfaces. CL-631 is specially formulated with a proper balance of carrier solvents to create a slower evaporation rate. It also offers better flow, leveling, more work time, high flash point (109°F), and lower flammability than typical low VOC solvent-based acrylic sealers. CL-631 provides high gloss color enhancement for stained, integrally colored, unstained concrete, and cementitious surfaces.
