Dumond Peel Away 1 Heavy-Duty Paint Remover is the premier, environmentally safe paint removal system designed to remove up to 30 coats of lead, oil, and alkyd-based paints and coatings in a single application. Peel Away 1 works best on pre-1980 based coatings. Peel Away 1 includes the product paste, Dumond Laminated Paper, Citri-Lize neutralizer, a pH test kit, and a plastic applicator. No airborne dust or lead dust is generated when using Peel Away 1. This product can be used on interior and exterior wood, brick, stone, metal, most plaster substrates, and more!

Applications
Before applying to any substrate, Dumond always recommends performing a test with the product before a full-scale application. Recommended for use on wood, brick, stone, marble, terra cotta, granite, terrazzo, concrete, cement, stucco, plaster, metal, cast iron, steel, tin, copper, tile, enamel, clapboard, and slate. If you do not see your substrate in the “Recommended Substrates” or “Limitations” section, perform a small test to determine product efficiency. |

Limitations
Peel Away 1 is not recommended for use on fiberglass, veneer, plywood, drywall, aluminum, brownstone, sandstone, limestone, laminated glass, plexiglass, plastic, rubber, and EIFS. Peel Away 1 will darken hardwoods. Not recommended to remove latex, epoxy, urethane, enamel, chlorinated rubber, cementitious coatings, basked finishes, and other high-performance coatings. Dumond always recommends performing a test with the product before a full-scale application.
