Protecto Wrap Sill Pan Flash 9" x 50' Roll

Protecto Sill Pan Flash is a cold applied self-adhering membrane composed of a tough cross laminated high density polyethylene surface coated on one side with a layer of our proprietary rubberized asphalt adhesive.

• Proprietary rubberized asphalt adhesive; also available in 100% butyl adhesive
• Custom designed one piece sill flashing tape that conforms to the rough sill to create a continuous sill pan
• Completely seals sill corners to prevent water damage
• Easily conforms to the sill corners to provide a clean 90 degree corner without excessive buildup

Applications

Used as a 1 piece self-adhered sill pan flashing for window and outdoor installations. The unique design allows the product to be installed into the rough opening and conform to the bottom sill corners to prevent water damage. Safe for use with most wood, wood clad, aluminum, fiberglass, and vinyl windows and doors.
