Kemiko Neutra Clean is an industrial-strength, low VOC, and high performance water base sodium metasilicate cleaner. This is for the preparation of bare concrete and coated substrates. Kemiko Neutra Clean is a water viscosity and single component product with a pleasant citrus odor. This does not contain any hazardous solvents, its concentrated and diluted with water. It prepares the surface for staining, sealing and recoating.

Applications

Kemiko Neutra Clean is typically applied to concrete substrates to remove deleterious matter such as grease, grime, soil, wall plaster, and other construction-related residue. Kemiko Neutra Clean is applied with commercially available pressure sprayers, steam cleaners, or simply poured onto floor and worked into the surface with a stiff bristle brush or floor machine. Typical applications include commercial kitchens, grocery stores, restaurants, showroom floors, walkways, and many other interiors and exterior surfaces requiring cleaning.
