DECORATIVE CONCRETE MADE EASY. KEMIKO Clear-A-Thane Sealer is a water base, water viscosity, single component, acrylic urethane concrete floor sealer. This interior or exterior, non-yellowing concrete sealer is low VOC and very user-friendly to apply. Clear-A-Thane is formulated to provide a resilient finish coat that offers resistance against staining, water penetration, acids, alkali, and UV light. This acrylic concrete sealer can be used on cementitious surfaces as a waterproofing sealer. Available finishes: gloss and satin.
